I just found this and am going to try it out right now! http://bytered.com/software-realitycheck.html It pops up on your screen randomly to remind you to do a reality check, i'll let you know if this works and how it effect me! BTW I promise no virus. I downloaded it and have no signs of a virus.

It pops up an image or text every now and then randomly but it's good if you live alone. I live with my sis so there are times she may use my computer.... and I have to disable the program but other than that it's a great software...good luck using it... IMJ

Hey people! I have been using this and I noticed it usually takes a while before it pops up but it is random so you don't really know. Thanks for the reply imj! I never thought about if someone else used your computer xD

I never thought about if someone else used your computer xD Chances are you will forget because the internet is very distracting...LOL. But that's the point I guess to forget... I kinda like the feeling of letting go of the idea of LDing and let the program do the reminding, feels more 'natural'...I may use it again (AT NIGHT) if I can find it. I will download yours just in case...thanks for the link btw it was quite hard to look for the program myself I remember. IMJ

This is really neat. Just told a friend about LDing, and they seem pretty excited about the concept. I believe I'll refer them to this program, and see how they feel about it. Thanks a lot.

Quite untimely a cold when I want to test something new with my light cue... IMJ

The only negative thing I've seen about this is it sometimes takes way to long to pop up. My longest was 2 hours

The only negative thing I've seen about this is it sometimes takes way to long to pop up. My longest was 2 hours Yeah I ran it and it took an hour over, I had no idea it can go up to 2! It may fit my bill because my light cue timer counts till 50min on each reset so it's still an unkown if I'll see it and that adds to MILD.. IMJ

Yeah. You can't rely on this program to do RC's. Its nice to have a little random reminder once in a while but this take to long to pop up :/
