Hey,
I've become lucid about 10+ times by WILDing after 4-7 hours of sleep. However, whenever I do this, I end up spending way too long in bed and missing out on too much of the day.
I know it's very near impossible to WILD when going to bed at night, but I've been trying anyways. I will turn on a lucid mp3, not that the actual mp3 makes me go lucid, but I have several tracks looped that about once every hour, it goes to one that says "You are dreaming" blah blah, and the guys voice wakes me up and helps me go in and out of consciousness.
I've gotten to the point where, I will fall in and out of consciousness, my body is numb everywhere (Not quite SP yet), and I cannot even feel some limbs as if they are floating in air.
During these moments of going in and out of consciousness, I will feel my body being tugged in random directions, or that "wave" feeling you get when being sucked into a dream while WILDing.
I will feel my body move, and think to myself, "Here we go, I'll finally accomplish a WILD at night."
Then suddenly the feeling will fade and I'm back to where I was. Most times I ruin this situation as I will regain consciousness and realize how dry my throat is and swallow involuntarily.
I will also have lots of random involuntary body twitches.
Anyone experience this, or have any advice on how to progress? I have yet to achieve SP like this. As a matter of fact, in the 9 or 10 LD's that I've had, I've yet to SP. I've only had SP once when I woke up from a nap completely paralyzed and saw the old hag sneaking up behind me.
