Right i jus wanted to explain my own perosnal technique to lding. note you have to have a good recall and also a chosen technique with clear goals as per usual.


1) I go to sleep in my normal bed and, using my internal clock,wake myself up after a REM period.

2)when i wake up i write in my journal and perhaps read abit of Laberge, meditate or do that maths game on DR kawashimas lol.

Sounds like a normal WBTB right? but i will then use some psychological technique to make my brain KNOW not think ill be lucid when i go back to bed.

3)I then go and lay down in my spare bed i only use for lding. This sets an intention which is incredibly strong in my mind that im now going to lucid dream.Note: a spare mattress, comfy sofa or floor will do the trick so long as you are not in the same room. And also remember i can take a few attempts to get it to set the intention.

4) Then i choose what technique i will be doing as im a WILD-man i nearly always do WILD. Then in my opinion i get around 80% more lucids than staying put.


i even gave it my own acronym hehe IRILD (Intimacy-Removed-Induced-Lucid-Dream) lol. Hope this helps some
