Thread: nothing happend?

saw some guides again here and tried lucid dreaming yesterday.i woke up from a dream i was having in middle of night then tried WILD(i think?)just laid there motionless for a bit and started remembering the dream i just woke up from and couple seconds after,i felt that numb feeling on my body then heard windy noise or whispers and felt chill on my spine.Got scared but just held it in .Started seeing wierd pupple flashing lights going in a fast circular motion then after all that nothing happend?? everything felt like i was just laying on my bed after all that and just woke up normally?!?!

Don't worry about it. The goal is to enter a dream. Whatever you feel before a dream is irrelevant, despite this forum's anal fixation on herpderp sleep paralysis.

yeah hypnagogic imagery is what was happening. its completely harmless and its what happens during the transition from regular sleeping to REM. just keep doin that and you will find yourself in a LD soon enough.

bah!...4 sleep paralysis this week, iv been passing the point when u hear/see stuff.This time i heard really loud static and my mom screaming my name she sounded like she was about to cry.that freaked me out a bit BUT all that passed again and no dream.

does it gotta be exactly at the time while im hearing/seeing stuff or can also do it when it passes??

im sorry but your last sentence really made no sense to me haha.

if i were you i would get in the dream at the beginning of SP when you start hearing stuff.
