      C.a.t.

      Hey guys i'm currently trying the cycle adjustment technique it is the one where you have to wake up 90 minutes earlier everyday so you miss your rem for a week and you get rem rebound. I just wanted to know if anyone has tried this technique and i want to knw if it works well. Because i got up early and i'm tired. Btw i found this tecnique in the tutorals section.

      I actually started this technique today. I woke up at 7, instead of 8:30... but sadly I fell back to sleep. I had a long weekend haha.

      But I will begin the C.A.T. method starting tomorrow. I will post back my results. Tell me what happens with you as well.

      I have enough credits this semester that I don't have to do gym or art. I kinda liked gym though haha, but oh well. I get to sleep in!

      Has anyone tried the CAT yet? How does well does it work? I would be interested in trying it, but I don't want to miss out on extra sleep if it doesn't really work...

      i gave up on the cat because i wasn't getting enough sleep i'll try it again over summer break.
