Hey guys i'm currently trying the cycle adjustment technique it is the one where you have to wake up 90 minutes earlier everyday so you miss your rem for a week and you get rem rebound. I just wanted to know if anyone has tried this technique and i want to knw if it works well. Because i got up early and i'm tired. |

I have enough credits this semester that I don't have to do gym or art. I kinda liked gym though haha, but oh well. I get to sleep in! |
