Hey man my first (and only so far) experience was just like that - lasted for like 5 seconds cuz when I realised I was dreaming the feeling was so strange and weird that it scared me and I woke up. I felt it fading and I tried spinning but I guess I just wasn't experienced enough... but it's great to actually have felt it and to know what i gotta try after now.
