      The Urination Lucid Dream Induction

      The Urination Technique

First and foremost, I am not going to take responsibility for those who wet the bed because of this technique. I hate sounding like an ass, but if you have bed wetting problems, then this technique is definitely not for you. Use this technique at your own risk of embarrassment.

I came up with this technique one night after waking up from a dream. In the dream I felt as if I had to urinate. Sure enough, when I woke up I had to urinate. I would have thought this as coincidence, however this has happened several times before. When I went back to bed, I began thinking and the idea popped into my head, "I can use this to induce lucid dreaming".

The next day, I began doing reality checks every time I had felt the urge to urinate coming on. I continued this for several days until I felt the process was automatic enough I could do it in a dream as well. I got to thinking about how it wasn't enough to just hope for the feeling to urinate in a dream. I had to induce it some way. So I began drinking a 20oz bottle of water before bed.

I was surprised at the very first night, I felt the urge to urinate in the dream and I became lucid. This technique hasn't worked every night, but it has on more than one occasion. I figured I would throw it out there to the people who are still struggling with inducing a lucid dream and the process is pretty simple.

      The Simplified Version:
      1. Start doing reality checks each time you feel the need to urinate
      2. Drink plenty of water before you go to sleep for the night/or in the middle of the night, depending on when dream the most.

It's really only a two step process. However, like I said, I do not take responsibility for any "accidents" that may happen with this technique, but hopefully it will work as well for you as it did me. Enjoy.
      Goals:
      Staying lucid longer
Fly without falling back to the ground
      Change water into chocolate

I've had dreams where I had to urinate in real life and I ended up doing so in my dream...but not in real life. I still had to go when I woke up. Weird.

What happens if you go to the bathroom in a dream? Will you have gone real life too?

Not in my experience. Like I said though, I can't make any promises what would happen with others.

Interesting technique. Can I ask how long your lucid dreams usually last when you induce this way? I ask because I usually wake upbecause I have to pee. Do you find that if you become lucid using this technique, you can hold off on waking up to go?

      Thanks!

So far, I haven't woken up right away. I'm struggling right now to keep my dreams going when I become lucid, so yes they do usually fade right away and I have to try and recover them, but I think that's a mental block and not so much having to urinate. I imagine it would depend how much you drink before bed. Having to urinate just a little and having to really, really, really urinate would probably be a factor in whether or not you wake up right away.

When you become lucid with this method, do you continue to feel like you have to urinate throughout, or are you able to suppress it?

No. The initial feeling only lasts a few seconds and then it seems to go away. I mean it could just be that I'm excited about lucid dream and simply am not paying attention to the feeling. But no, it's nothing that's really going to hinder your lucid experience.

This sounds crazy enough to work, I'll give this a try, I drink ALOT of water ALL day and every night before bed, so I have to goto the bathroom often.
      Thanks for posting this.

Invest ten bucks in a Walmart plassik zipperd mattress cover first I did that before I even started this LD adventure.
Im like a pool filter pump running on an electric timer set for 1:30-3:00 and 5:00 am and you can bet I'm going to try this.

      Sorry for being off-topicTerrabubble, but

      Dear Terrabubble

There was a dream remote viewing thingy that a friend was participating in, (once a month). The target was revealed and posted about 6 hours ago.

      Blue and Grean

      Edit

Oops wrong thread. Sorry Tjam. Terrabubble only has two posts this belongs in the thread TB opened, not here. Oh well. it's posted so I wont delete.

You said grean and nlue were poping-up a lot TB so I was excited when the big dream remote viewing target (for the BIG full moon just gone) was very grean blue.

I've had many dreams where I've peed so hard for so long that when I woke up, I instantly feared that I had wet the bed. I've never actually wet the bed, but so many times I've had dreams where I've peed for what felt like 5 to 10 minutes and it was coming out full blast that I woke up thinking I had to have actually peed too. Thankfully, as I said, this has never been the case. It may be different in your experience, but it's never happened to me.
