      Completely new.

      Hi. So I'm completely new to the idea of lucid dreaming and have never before experienced a lucid dream. I have non lucid dreams very often (usually 2 a night) and am very interested in the idea of controlling these dreams. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
