New Way to become a NATURAL LUCID DREAMER !!!!

On this post I'm going to show you the way I planned to become a natural Lucid dream. It would be interesting that some of you do the same thing as me because I'm just begging with this new technique and so if we can competed against each other it will make the game funnier and increased our motivation. The way I'm doing it is that i used my cell phone to set an alarm and i press the snooze bottom. the important thing here is to have something that's going to remember you to Ask your self 3 question i made at every 10 to 20 minutes all day long until you go to bed. so the question i Asked my self are: Where am I? is this possible? who's around me? is this possible? what's the context? It's important to clearly ask your self and take time to correctly answer the question! Now that you've asked your self these questions your going to figured whether or not you are dreaming yes or no than perform A Reality Check (I do the nose RC when you pick your nose and try to breath) Now Why is it important to ask your self these question and answering theme? because it is ! if you don't it's going to take you more time to actually ask your self these question while dreaming because thats our goal. IT also need to become something that you will do naturally (by taking time to do it it right there is more chances for you to remember to do the QRC (Question/reality check) during the night) with time it will become a routine that's good if you go that much further because I still relied on my cell The other good thing about the QRC is that when its performed in dream it increased awareness more than normal RC because when you ask your self question you wake up your frontal lob (logical part of the brain) as vividness should be increased to I recommended to try this for a month. I believe it will work and also want some feed back. Good luck and don't hesitate if you have questions/good ideas anything^^

Just so you know, tons of people have used techniques that are pretty much the same. It has never worked for me, but I wish you luck in becoming lucid!

Yeah all the technique doesn't work for all the people but since Natural lucid dreamer can have up to 4 lucid dream per night I think it is good to give it a try especialy with a good tutorial

You could also potentially create custom ringtones with either your voice or some of the virtuperson text-to-speech: "This is your cellphone. Your cellphone is calling. Your cellphone requests that you ask the following questions. Please address your cell phone as 'Bob' ", though I Imagine that might get annoying pretty quickly, especially if you didn't switch it up. "(Remember), you are dreaming of traveling through the cosmos, on Cosmo, the Intergalactic Banana". Meh. And I suppose it may be better to focus on remembering your questions, intentions, and being more aware, anyway, without putting yourself on speed dial.

First of all, learn to spell, and second of all, you probably shouldn't be bragging about your technique when you're new. Wow... rude!!! I could tell immediately he wasn't a native speaker. It's pretty easy to tell the difference between a person struggling with an unfamiliar language and somebody who's just illiterate. And even still, insulting somebody for being illiterate (something they can't help) is hardly constructive.

I don't mean to discredit you, frederom, but those questions -- "Where am I?" "Is this possible?" "Who is around me?" "What is the context?" -- are some of the very first things you learn to start thinking about when you are introduced to Lucid Dreaming. As LDing is an introduction to a higher state of 'being,' the questions you pose are paramount in understanding not only your dreams, but the very world around you -- thus helping you further understand your dreams and this subjective thing we call reality. It's all pretty circular, as you can see. Learn of living -- learn of life -- learn to dream -- repeat. After a while, these questions (Where am I? What is happening? Is this real?) become ingrained into your brain so deeply that you no longer need to consciously ask yourself of such things. This is where the REAL lucid dreamers stand out: in between "is this real?" and "reality is this." So your way of becoming a natural lucid dreamer, it's great. Is it new? No. It's been around since ancient dream monks trained themselves to see the waking world as a dream, and the dream world as the real world. Keep at it for a month, and report back -- tell us how it worked, how you feel, what it changed if anything. You may even find that things DO change, but you just won't be able to notice it because you've reprogrammed your mind to see in a different light!

Yes it's a good idea^^ You make me tough about something: everyone have a favourite song and so must be signing it sometime in there head or what ever. Well we could tell our selves next time a hear or think about this song I'll do a QRC it may be very effective for one who love music like me

There are indeed tutorials provided by DV that have the techniques you mentioned, what's interesting though is that you seem to have came to these techniques on your own, which leads me to believe you're definitely on the right path to becoming adapt at Lucid Dreaming. Although there's no way to become a "Natural" Lucid Dreamer as that denotes the meaning of it being natural. You can, instead, move away from being a novice and work your way to becoming as i said more adept to it. good luck, (also, this may fair better in the newbie zone, i could move it there for you, or if you wish it to remain here that's fine also)
