Okay, so a few months ago I posted on here that I would be starting lucid dreaming with tibetan dream yoga and keep you all informed on my progress with it. |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!

10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
I've only got about 13 pages through. Its not catching my attention as anything special at least yet. He has a weird view of dreaming from what I've read so far..... |
hey that's great! tibetan dream yoga is the core of my dreaming practice - i've been studying tibetan buddhism for a few years so it was only natural that i began applying it specifically to LDs. |
I don't even purposely wake myself up in the mornings. I just naturally wake up about 2 hours from the time my alarm clock is set to go off, then I lay completely still and don't move a MUSCLE. I focus on my third eye and create the thoughts and feelings I have while lucid in a dream and the next thing I know I am in the dream fully conscious. |
No, I don't do WBTB. If you don't move a muscle when you wake up, you can alert your mind enough to stay awake while you keep your body on the verge of sleep so it's an instant WILD or MILD with no effort. |
I'm always on and off with Dream Yoga. When I am actively practicing, I also get several lucid dreams a week. It does take a small amount of attention during the day, which sometimes makes it inconvenient. If I have to keep a lot of other stuff on my mind (like learning a lot of new information, or heavy problem solving), I can't really do it. |
It does take a lot of focus to remind yourself that you really are dreaming, but it pays off when you go to bed. Anyways, I am just way too busy with stuff that it's hard to just zone out and think like that. Either I am driving in insane traffic, taking notes rapidly in class, lifting weights or sprinting (takes mind over matter a lot) or playing a band practice or an actual performance. |

hello, |
WOW. I have to say that's pretty amazing... I'm reading the book on Scribd, but is that really legal? Anyone know? It seems kind of fishy to me... just my view. |
Is what legal? |
The book on Scribd. Since I'm not paying for it it MUST be evil. |
Oh cool site. |
