To be honest, I have crap sleep. I stay up late and get up early, zone out at college and I'm usually exhausted, permanently. The only relief I get is the dreams and rare lucid dreams I have during my afternoon/evening naps.

Last week I discovered a new 'method' which has allowed me to have no less than 8 LDs including one in which I killed my first DC. [I actually woke up dazed planning how I was gonna skip the country before quickly coming to my senses]

Anyway, I know for a fact the best way for me to induce a Lucid Dream is to go through the sleep paralysis way, but I find it very scary and I hate the sleep on my back. So, I thought I would try it on my side and by some coincidence I also had my hand sort of gripped on my chin.

I was laying on my left side with my right hand towards my chin, with my thumb and index finger slightly gripping my chin. However, not so tight that I have to concentrate to do it, but I could feel as my body slowly became 'lead-ed'.

At first you will be able to feel your chin in a very detailed way, concentrating on it, I could feel my stubble. Then slowly I could no longer feel the roughness of my chin and I couldn't tell if I was holding on at all, then the rest of my body goes with it.

Then I can begin to set my conscious into a lucid state...

the rest as they say is history, I now have a 99% guaranteed method that works for me, I used to be a once-a-monther when it came to Lucid Dreams and now I have a new favourite hobby, it so exciting that I can't wait to get home from College and have my nap.
