Just curious what technique did you use to get into SP? |
|
I had very intense sp, i felt the pressure, (This was during a wild) and the tingling feelings and i entered the dream. But in the dream i was still inside my house, it looked a little different. But any way to my point, i could barely move in my dream as i was lying in bed i was still going through sp, i should have know it was a dream because of where my bed was. But i just could recognize the dream because i was too much involved with sp and i missed being lucid. My question is, how can i fight this sp and get more involved with my dream? I felt so weak because of the pressure during sp, i was also afraid that if i got out of bed that the dream would end, so i guess i was lucid but i just could get up, why? Or should i say how can i move with all of this pressure on me? This has been a very good week in lucid dreaming as i have had at least one lucid a night every night except maybe just one night, most i've ever had in a week, thanks to dv. |

I used a wild, but here's what i did to be able to wild. I went to bed around 11 or 12 pm, then i slept until 3 something, then i stayed up for a few hours and i went to bed later that morning. I forgot what time but i layed there kind of still, and some time very soon after that without actually going to sleep i was in a dream, but i realize that i wasn't completely aware. I was actually kind of sleepy through out the day. |

Have you tried dropping through the bed? I read somewhere on DV that it's a good idea to practise the sensation of dropping/spinning during the day. |

My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.
Nope, never thought of that, but its worth a try. |
