      Help with SP/Dream Journaling

Hello everyone I am fairly new to this forum but ive been lurking around for quite some time. Ive been trying to LD for about a year on and off with varying success and recently i told myself just to stop quiting every time and just go for it, so i had my first LD last week. The only problem is is that i have a very tough time motivating myself to write down my dreams at 6:20 AM before school. i recall sometimes 3 dreams per night and i just dont have the motivation to write all of that down. any tips? also i dont know why but i have trouble SP'ing. alot of the time my mouth gets dry or i get an itch and i just dont end up going into SP. do u need to be ENTIRELY still? like u cant lick your lips or twitch ur toe?

I find myself plagued with a lack of motivation before school, too.

I can achieve the sensations with sleep paralysis, but in the short time I've been trying to WILD, I haven't achieved HI either.

I hope your questions get answered, because they'll help me too!

Err, I mean, yes, if you don't want to write down all of your dreams, you could just write down notes in the morning and write the full dream once you return from school, that way you won't forget it all (since you got the note).

For the sp thing, you could try going to this section: http://dreamviews.com/community/forumdisplay.php?f=79

Either way, I always find it better to be confortable (ie lick your lips) than being unconfortable.
