Do you have a sleeping pattern? If you do, try waking up 90 mins before you normally would. After that, you can sleep them off or whatever. |

Sorry I posted kinda late guys, I go to bed at 9-9:30ish and wake up at six am on weekdays. Weekends I go like 10 to 8ish |

Well that's a fairly stable. For how long have you been practicing your dream recall? Maybe it's simply a matter of getting more practice. |
