Not quite the right question to be asking.

You can experience many movements and physical stimulations when initiating a WILD, it's more to do with your "mind/attention" and not so much your body. Sometimes when I successfully initiate a WILD, I feel like I am being sucked inwards/somewhere at a great speed. My suggestion to an inexperienced WILDer is to focus the least amount possible on your body while still maintaining attentiveness with enough self-awareness. Also, don't talk to yourself, let go of any notion that you may feel you have to speak or repeat something. Those were my biggest problems when I first started deliberately trying to WILD.
