Doom to do my dream journal until death ? p

      Hello all )

Before joining this forum, I gave a try like 6 months ago and as a first step of course recorded my dream as a mean to increase my dream recall. It went well and i could at that time remember a dream by most night.

But i quited after 2 weeks and did not make any step toward LD. Realy quicly after this i realise that my dream recall faded pretty quicly.

I have keep doing it without stopping for a month until now because I m afraid that my dream memory decrease, witch will happen for sure.

So my question is the following, I m doom to keep doing the dream journal task as long as i want to follow my new pation for the Lucid dream ?

I wish that my dream recall remain the same you see .

      Sleep well

Just keep a notebook by your bed. When you wake up, think of the dream, then write keywords down. The next day, you'll remember the dream. Guaranteed. Example:

You have a dream where you run through a forest, and trip over a little man. He takes you to a house in the trees and gives you a magic stone.
      Keywords to write down:

      - Little man
      - Forest
      - Tree house
      - Stone

Yea, I'm the same way. I got into the habit of writing my dreams down at night and not in he morning once. Afte that I could only remember fragments of only one dream a night. Writing them down really helps.

That is very very unlikely. You shouldn't stress over it.

Yes, if you want to do any serious dream work then you have to keep a dream journal. No two ways about it.

      So be it.

Wouah after doing it for a few years, you experience lucid dreamers must have a impressive dream journal. Kind like the big books that the old wizards keep theirs spells haha.

Yeah, I have at least 5 full journals of dreams. Very interesting to bust out some old ones and read them from time to time.
