Hello, so I was wondering how to set your alarm so that it goes off, then stops soon after, so I don't have to move, and disrupt my sleep, thus being able to perform a DEILD. If you could tell me how to do this with your phone/alarm clock that would great, thanks in advance! |

Shoot, too bad my computer isn't in my room... :/ |

Do you have one of that old phones with compositor? You can use it to create a alarm tone that plays notes for 5 seconds and then enters in infinite loop of silence...just saying... : o |

My alarm normally goes off for about a minute if I leave it so I downloaded a WAV of some chimes which last about 1-2 seconds and edited it in a WAV editor so it was followed by a minute of silence. If it is any use to you, here is the link http://rapidshare.com/files/397613852/DEILD.mp3.html (only 10 downloads though). You can make one yourself quite easily if the chimes are not for you. |

Thanks guys, turned out I had a watch that shut off on it's own, lmao. |

What if you set your phone alarm to vibrate, and keep it under your pillow or in your sock? I can never DEILD from an alarm, because they wake me up completely, even if they are very short. |
