      DEILD alarm

      Well i know there's been a few posts on this before but i checked them out and they didn't really answer the question so I'm making a new thread to see if i can get a straight answer

      Well I'm going to start reading and trying to do DEILDs for they seem pretty easy if you can get the hang of waking up and not moving. All i really need is a proper alarm that turns itself off after about 3 or 4 secs.

      Does anybody who does DEILDs know where i can get an alarm that works great for this tech?

      well do you have a cell phone and do you have texting if so you could just set your phone on standalone mode(or airplane mode) so it wont pick up call or texts and then you could search up a ringtone on www.phonezoo.com

      If you have an mp3 player, you could record multiple hours of silence, followed by a loud sound roughly four seconds in duration, at which point the track ends...I know Audacity (free and easy to use) will do this for you very nicely.

      EPIC LOL I made the 6 hour silence and then the 4 sec loud sound with Audacity like Mario suggested for a backup... That was ok... I saved the file and it turns out the size of it is 3.54 GB HAHAHA thats alot of space just for a sound XD

      Oh well i hope one of them work for me!

      What I do is burn an alarm on CD and let the CD-Player-Timer play it on 03:00AM. Well you need a CD-Player with Play-Timer for that of course

      Oh good idea... I will check to see if my CD-Player does that, Ive barely used it and its sort of new so it could do it?

      Haha I actually found the other night out how powerfull the Mantra/Subconcious mind actually is. I did a WILD that failed after about 1 hour so i was ready to just fall asleep, then when i gave up after my WILD I rolled over and checked to see if my alarm was set, and it was, and then I just rolled over again and went to sleep while using the Mantra (I will wake up at 6:30). Then at 6:30 i woke up and forgot all about the Mantra I made and thought I just had a normal wake up in the night so closed my eyes for about 4 secs and then my alarm went off and I was like "WTF".

      It realy is powerfull if you know how to use it
