      I tried this. I remembered 3 extremely vivid dreams. No lucids yet.

      This helped me with recall as well. Normally I only remember fragments of one or two dreams, and when I used the version 2 last night I remembered two very long, very vivid dreams, which were awesome

      Erm. No, you don't have to, but for the best results you should listen to them with headphones.
