      Worst dry spell ever

      Im from Brazil, and is really cold here at this point of the year,
      i have to wake up everyday at 5:45,
      cant take a nap when i back from school cuz i work,

      is there any solution to my problem, or should i give up of Lucid Dreaming till the summer in December?
      i really dont know what to do.. i cant believe in me while saying that I will lucid dream tonight.. i cant wake up to wright my dreams, so the most of them i forget, and some of them i just review, sleep, and in the morning i try to remeber.. sometimes i do..

      Worst thing you can do is to give up completely. If you can't do anything about waking up early/napping, then you just have to keep doing the basics; keeping a dream journal, doing reality checks etc. Eventually you will get LD's, but since your situation is what it is, you won't have many of them in any case.

      If you can you could always just go to sleep earlier to ensure more sleep-time. But anyway, don't give up.
