Thread: over reactive imagination?

Hey I'm into WILDing I've gotten into SP a few times this was before i read much on these forums but now when i try to WILD I start to think ill see like zombies or something. I am pretty sure this won't happen because I know what my WILD's feel like a shinging noise and colors. (I don't think these horror stories about SP help) then i try and knock it away by saying it won't happen then I take my mind off it by thinking about what i will do in my LD but the zombies keep coming . is there a way to quiet my mind? (I've tried thinking of something good but it keeps coming back) I will end up quiting the wild and do something else any ideas? I think it also doesn't help get into SP because I'm worrying to much.

Smile when you see those zombies, as hard as it may be. That may make them go away, and if not, perhaps try to "transform" these creatures, if any of these are possible.
