I began going for dream recall only a week ago, but I think I may be prepared to try lucidity. I've had about 2-4 dreams each night, with the exception of a few nights ago where I got nothing. I tried the hypnosis method, and it hasn't worked yet, as far as I know. I'm also having my watch alarm go off every 30 minutes, and when I hear the alarm I RC. The alarm goes off in my sleep, and I'm hoping it will cause a RC. I also have a multi-purpose mantra: "I will have a lucid dream, and I will remember it." Although lately I've been falling asleep before chanting the mantra...

Anyway, am I ready? Which of these above techniques would work the best, or do I need to try one not here? Suggestions would be much appreciated!
