      Ready for Lucidity...Now What?

      I began going for dream recall only a week ago, but I think I may be prepared to try lucidity. I've had about 2-4 dreams each night, with the exception of a few nights ago where I got nothing. I tried the hypnosis method, and it hasn't worked yet, as far as I know. I'm also having my watch alarm go off every 30 minutes, and when I hear the alarm I RC. The alarm goes off in my sleep, and I'm hoping it will cause a RC. I also have a multi-purpose mantra: "I will have a lucid dream, and I will remember it." Although lately I've been falling asleep before chanting the mantra...

      Anyway, am I ready? Which of these above techniques would work the best, or do I need to try one not here? Suggestions would be much appreciated!

      Try one, stick with it, see what you like and don't like about it, and ultimately see if it works. If not, move on to a different one. I recommend starting with the MILD method and work on the DEILD as well, as these two can be used in conjunction with one another.

      I attempt DILD, MILD, WBTB, WILD and DEILD all at once...seems to be working for me
      the most important ones seem to be WBTB and DILD though as they're the only ones i've had success with :I
