      Exclamation Very helpful for starters ;-)

      Well, i quit the lucid dreaming thing 6 months ago and i've gotten back into it now, i found this link on piratebay, pretty damn usefull since i had lots a dreams yesterday and i guess this audio file helped a bit too even if i have a big natural dream recall..also a nice bit a of newbie information can be found in the interview stephen laberge did on "coast to coast" ==> just Youtube it (you can also find it on piratebay tho)
