Astral Separation
It has taken me 11 days to achieve to get out of my body and I talk about this in my D.J. but it was the wierdest feeling and it finally happened naturally. I'm wondering how do I go about controlling this on a regular basis? I notice that it worked so I was at the brink of sleep and awakeness.

That's the key, holding onto that point of awareness. Keep practicing holding that state and you should get much better. Also, if you aren't already start a meditation routine, you can also practice energy work to help stimulate the energy bodies.
