Easy way to communicate with your subconscious

I read this method in Leslie M. LeCron's book. It's really easy and you dont have to sleep, dream or being hypnotized. Just get a pen and a paper sit somewhere comfortable and relax a little bit. If you feel relaxed command your subconscious to write.

There is some basic thing what is should be kept in mind, like dont think any words, or think on the method of writing either dont move your hand yourself (

), etc. It's okay to repeat the command but if dont happen anything your subconscious most likely dosent understand the command.

If you ask him simple to write, first he draw only lines second... i dont know. I tryed this only today but i think with some practice he can write correct words, spontaneously or draw well. After all if you ask him he will answer with yes or no.

Okay this method dosen't really related to dreams but its easy and funny, leastwise for me.

I personally think image streaming is easier and faster technique than this one.In IS you just describe whatever images you see in your mind's eye out loud to a voice recorder.After doing this for about 10-15 min you listen to the recorder.Start your IS session with a question and you will have the answer for sure,DIRECTLY from the subconscious mind.I've been doing this for only a few days now and have had deep and insightful answers from my subconcsiuos everytime I did it.Interupting the images are quite fun too.

A method I frequently use when I need to communicate with my subconscious is I use my dreams. This however only works when you're really desperate (one could argue that it just has to get really out of hand for it to happen, an equally acceptable theory).
I once was in a huge bind with a friend of mine and I screamed in my head, "Come on brain! Show me what the hell is going on in there!" That night I had one of the most vivid dreams I ever had, everything that was going on in the real life, from my subconscious' perspective was explained using symbols and people from my past. It was so powerful that I woke up in the middle of the night right as it ended. I immediately wrote everything down so I wouldn't forget it.
I have had probably three or four of these experiences before, its a good way to look into your mind if you are in an unfortunate situation.
