I don't mean trying to win the lottery, or any outrageous stuff like that. Maybe more like trying to make yourself like the tasks you need to be doing, or look forward to work tomorrow (thus, alleviating procrastination as well as the Monday syndrome), or unblocking limiting beliefs or unnecessary emotions. Would it be effective to do the SWISH method in OBEs? Or is there a better way? Is there like a beginner's way that you can start with, and from where you can advanced forth towards more complex but effective strategies?
I heard that the OBEs makes it possible to get in contact with your subconscious mind while you're aware of it, so I thought I might take advantage of this and deal with some subconscious beliefs that I have, bad habits, etc. If that is indeed possible. I'm looking for good in-depth materials atm about this, those that actually have principles
in them that work effectively. Trying to search for stuff like this in DV, or the net, no luck so far.
