Thread: OBE Or AP?

This has been concerning me a lot lately. Several months ago, amount a month after i joined this site, I had what i thought was an OBE, but now am confused as to whether it was actually an AP or just an OBE.

What happened was I was in a dream and had just become lucid. I felt the dream fading and started to spin to stop from losing the dream. However, before I spun i seemed to be in a state between awake and dreaming. I had all the sensory information form both my real body and my dream body, and had vision form my dream body (I was outside some large mansion). However, I also saw myself in my bed sleeping on my left side, which is wierd because i usually sleep on my right side, and sometimes on my back. I could clearly make out my bed, my dresser, nightstand, and even see my body in the mirror at the foot of my bed.

Throughout the experience I was xonfused as to what was going on, but just spun whichever body i had control of, and my dream body spun and I got back into my LD. However, while spinning, I could see my legs in my real body moving as if I was trying to spin then too, but I didn't wake up. I didn't really worry about it until I was writing it down in my DJ.

So, what i want to know is: Is this considered as an Out of Body Experience, or an Astral Projection?
