Possible Body Transfer or Astral Projection in a dream?

Hey everyone, just have a question on a certain dream I had last night and probably this morning as well. I know the limit to post our DJ entry is 4 a month per member on threads, so this is my second one. (It's been almost 21 days since 6/9/2011 that I started to attempt LDing). (I've been mostly MILDing as my medium to hopefully LD, (with some WILDs and DILDS that have been failed invariably). Anyway, it's a bit long but I'll bold some important parts (since I can't remember the rest, and I KNOW I had more experiences in the two dreams). I checked other threads about Lucidity vs Astral Projection vs OBE and how people have different opinions on whether or not they are essentially the same, but none of the common things I've seen relating to these makes sense in this dream (in my opinion). 6/30/11 (START) I believe I was in an area that was my bedroom, but then it turned into a Bold and Beautiful scenario with Brooke and Ridge talking to each other, and they’re having their typical “You slept with someone else…..WAH…but I’m STILL GOING TO FORGIVE YOU” discussions. But then I think Brooke or Ridge said that “You’re nasty” to one another, and one of them replied, “Yes I am nasty.” And you see Ridges face for a while Brooke walks away. Then I go to this door and see these two people, they’re fairly old. I think I was leaving the store. It’s dark outside and I walk out to see this guy walk the opposite way I’m going (I’m going right). He has a familiar facade, then I recall that it’s one of my father’s friends named Raoul. He told me my father was fixing on his( not Raoul's) vehicle because he was tired of worrying that people would think he’s doing gambling? That didn’t make sense at all (I still can’t do a reality check, I’m just being guided by these dreams :/ ) Then I had another dream that it was daylight and I was riding on something, and riding FAST. I think it was a pimped-out bicycle or something . I just kept riding, but I didn’t feel anything though, just sight was the most prominent sense. Then suddenly this lady that sounded like Mia from Channel 39 News was in front of me. (I've heard a blonde lady who was a Meteorologist say a few things in a dream way before this one, but the Mia lady was just one who did review on movies and fashion.) I was fairly close to her, and I believe I decided to race with her. She was in the lead most of the time, and the scene (even though it was too fast) was one of those roads with the large trees and long and curvy roads with a long length of grass in the middle separating the two roads. I got off the road a few times, but it was only on the piece of road that was used if you had to park immediately for some situation. However I just kept going on and off these things while speeding with this woman. I only saw the back of her head the whole time, and I think I was getting desperate on winning this random race. Then we were reaching the final point, it was this insanely curvy road making a tight U-shaped composition that led down to a fairly deep slope to near some building. I was hand braking (ON A BICYCLE LOL) like a boss, then I saw some two kids on their bicycle riding with their helmets on. (Where's Mia? lol) And they’re blonde as well, like most of the people I meet or hear in my dreams. I didn’t want to lose, so I took the initiative to just cheat and not take the U-turn (even though I already attempted it already). Then everything went out of control for a while, and as I’m going down this slope. I feel myself being elevated VERY quickly. The reason being is that I reached that epoch during the final point of the slope, and suddenly I see this black skateboard come towards me (because I probably tried to stop really fast) and I could see it come closer and closer and closer then boom I’m off. I don’t experience the pain, but I suddenly become a spectator of seeing that same blonde child riding the bicycle taking the blow from the black skateboard (he ended up riding it instead of me and he gets a nosebleed even though he should've experienced more pain). It all felt too sudden; could this be me doing astral projection? Because AP and OBE are considered Lucidity to some people, but I didn't really feel myself doing these things. (END OF DREAMS) Also when I wake up, I feel as if I didn't even have a dream. I even would pause for a while to accumulate my thoughts, then it's only a few minutes later I realize I had a dream. It's frustrating because I think I didn't I have one, then have these sudden bursts and rushes of dream memory. I don't have any abnormal sleeping habits, I sleep within an acceptable range of time. Any suggestions? Thoughts? And I do apologize if there has been a thread like this that had queries on whether or not one was experiencing Lucidity+OBE+AP. I just wanted to declare this dream because the other ones have been mostly related to school, and this is just a completely different mentality occurring here. And I would normally just be TARDY (late) to class most of the time if I was reaching the end of the dream. But I just elevated myself near the end of the dream (or was forced to, but no outside forces bothered me).

I'm a little confused on exactly what you are saying happened. I believe the point of your dream was that you were having a normal dream when suddenly you were lifted out of your body and viewing the seen you were just in from above. Is that correct? If so did this change in perception make you lucid? About 3 months ago I had something along those lines happen to me. I was cooking in my kitchen at home when suddenly my body starting vibrating like crazy. In the dream I thought I was having a seizure when I suddenly lifted out of my body and was viewing the seen from above I instantly did I reality check and became lucid but confused. My wife and my mother were trying to wake me from the kitchen floor I assumed I had died at that point... I'm not going to write the entire story, but yeah I had somthing simmular to you and I don't know what the hell happened.
