      Insidious (Movie) OBE's and AP's

I just saw this movie today and the whole story line was based on AP's and OBE's. And it made me question what they said in the movie. For one - I'm scared to ever try an OBE again because of SP and of the demon in the movie. But also, in the movie he little boy became stuck in an OBE/AP type of thing. What I'm asking is basically can anyone explain this a little better for me and reassure me that there is nothing I should be afraid of.. Maybe?

      The movie's called Insidious...

Also, I'll have to see it after what you've mentioned. Battling demons in astral projection, etc. sounds pretty cool.

Traverse the inifinite. Experience the impossible.

Insidious is interesting, but its completely hollywood. Never heard of anyone being unable to get back to their physical body from astral projection.

It is actually harder to stay out of body than it is to get back to your body. There is no danger. Fear and its projections are the most dangerous. I haven't seen the movie, but there is a slight danger of running into a being who steals your energy, like a vampire, but you will still get back to your body. These beings can be avoided, but if one gets your energy you will need to rebuild it or maybe take it back.
