Red face co-sharing a dream or just in love? :)

      Hi everyone,

Lately I've been having some interesting experiences and would like the community's opinion on the matter.

Namely, after a romantic encounter in a different country, I have been seeing the person very vividly in my dreams. Everything about our encounter is very full on, as if it were happening in real life (feelings, touches, etc). Sometimes, the feelings are so strong that they force me out of the dream and after I wake up, I can still feel the presence of the person around me. For example, in an embrace or kiss. I wonder if we are actually co-sharing a dream because of the strong impression we had romantically when we met. I have not contacted the person of my dreams about this yet and they live 2000km away from me in another country. There is even a chance that they are not sleeping at the same time as I am any opinions on what this could be?

PS. I have had this experience before with one previous romantic partner. He was a yoga practitioner for many years and had a strong flow of prana. He influenced me a lot energetically and it all started with him

Any answers are appreciated! I would like to share this experience with the person but not until I understand it a little more

if you ask me it's both. I know what ur talking about. I've had dreams like this. And even tho the dreams she remembered where not the same ones i did. Or on the same day that i remembered these dreams. But the general vibe was love . And i'm willing to bet a good amount of money that if someone gives his/her heart in a dream to you then the feeling is mutual. Or, atleast a strong feeling both have about each other. It would manifest irl if u where close together but instead it manifests in dreams.

      Hi!

      Thank you for your reply

When your partner had such a dream, did she also have a feeling of your presence after waking up like you?

I've read that people have had the exact same dreams, but at different nights, sometimes even years apart, showing that there are different laws of time in the dreamscape and our linear perception of time back here in reality is just one of many ways of experiencing time Did you ever share the exact same dream with her but at different nights?

I very much hope that he is seeing and feeling me the same way in His dreams^^

You obviously care a lot about him, so it is very likely that your subconscious is creating a dreamscape that uses those feelings as a blueprint. Personally I'm a skeptic on "co-sharing dreams" but I'd like to think that it is possible.
This story is very touching btw

I've had dreams like this before also. Never asked the person about it- but I have always wondered 'what if'...

You should just confront them about it and ask them. Though it's always possible that they aren't very practiced at dreaming and they don't remember most of their dreams.

This might sound odd, but you will not be able to learn more about this experience until you confirm that it is or isn't happening to the other person as well. If it is -- and if he is honest and willing enough to tell you it is -- then doors of explanation will burst open before your eyes. If he did not have the same experience -- and if he is honest and willing enough to tell you he did not -- then you will be left with a decision to either dismiss these experiences as wonderful dreams (nothing wrong with that experience anyway), or continue to build a fantasy that it was all real, and that maybe he just doesn't remember.

In other words, an explanation of what happened should be secondary to finding out if it actually did happen. Talk to your friend, not to us. Do it carefully; stuff like this is not always accepted well. If he confirms the same dream, and you believe him, then post here -- lots of us will be very interested to hear that, and many will offer explanations and advice.

We didn't discuss our dreams that detailed really. All i know is that she had some spiced up dreams with me and that i had the same. Basically i started having dreams of being at her house watching TV. And it progressed into a bit more than that. And she told me about one dream she had where i met her up in a dream and i took her flying. Which is not really out of character for me since flying is one of the first things i learned to do in dreams. Anyway in all the cases that i tried to confirm a shared dream the other person does not remember their dreams at all.
