Were crop circles made by the dissident aliens?

Now that we've got all this disclosure stuff happening and its becoming utterly apparent that aliens (or some sort of intelligent beings) have been with us since Roswell and possibly before, we still have a big question. Since we now know crop circles could just as easily be real as a hoax, why were they put here? If our governments were in contact with these beings since the 50s then why were crop circles popping up around the world? My guess is that some of the aliens were like, "Fuck the system!" and shit and decided to liberate humanity from this secret convex. They succeeded only in puzzling us as the incredible, complex and scientifically inexplicable crop circles wound up floating around conspiracy circles and television only taken seriously by people that no one takes seriously.

Personally, (And I haven't looked into this in any detail) I think that most crop circles are made by humans. call me crazy.

Many of them can be explained this way but some completely defy all logical sense. Not saying people can't be more clever than we're giving them credit for, but I figure since a lot of high ranking people in government have admitted aliens have been here for a minute, it's much more likely to me that aliens were behind them. I just don't see human beings being able to change the ionic content of an area with alcohol and planks of wood.

There are apparently many different E.T species observing here, not all aligned in intention, so whichever the government contacted (grays?) may not be involved with the circles. They are not all done by humans, though there are circle makers. I also remember hearing about a group of scientist who were puzzling over an equation, and a formation appeared the next day in a field next to them which helped them solve it. From a documentary, would have to search a lot to find that one again.

I've always had one or two theories about crop circles: (For the purposes of this thread, we're going to assume that aliens exist and crop circles were not done by some need-to-get-a-life hobos). Theory number 1: It is a form of alien art. Humans perceive their surroundings and depending on their levels of creative intelligence, they sometimes depict that in the form of art - whether its paintings or sketches etc. Crop circles may be one of their methods of illustration. Theory number 2: (This is usually the one that gets people going; here goes!) The circles are formed by the landing or launch of their spacecrafts or other forms of transportation OR markings to remind them of their parking space. (Kind of like the letter "H" on helipads). Theory number 3: (Even crazier) It is a form of alien mathematics or some other academic field. Scientists claimed to have found very specific algorithms and numerical series within these circles so that formed the premise for this theory. As to why they would leave something like this here? Who knows? It might just be their way of "communicating" to us? I read that some UFO enthusiasts believe that crop circles and such are alien maps, or charts or even calendars. But wouldn't it be easier just to include these features onboard their spacecrafts? (Yes for the sake of the thread, just assume these beings have technology far beyond that of the human race - if you would like extended discussion, feel free to let me know.) Why leave something so intricate on a random field of grass? It makes much more sense that the circles are a form of art because what do you do if you are an artist? You want to display your work somewhere so others can appreciate what you have done.

Basically saying that in the same way your mind dreams in symbols, the over-soul of the planet is producing these as symbols for our mass consciousness.

If we wanted believed in that theory ( human mind is able to shape universe -> our collective consciousness is powerful enough to actually do it ) it would explain a lot of things in the world. Actually some philosophies and ancient religions have that kind of approach in the world. ( Druidic, shamanistic, tribal and such ). Usually how they portrait it is that lonely soul is usually too weak, so a medium ( druid, priest, shaman ) is needed to raise whole tribe in ritual so the power is enchanted. Also, in many beliefs there are special power places that are used to enhance the ritual. Just came to my mind from this.
