Yeah, I know, but still, it is not allowed on here, so I will not say it on here, but splash and I do blot it out in our DJs.
BTW, I am making a 3d movie for fun and and it is on this type of Dreaming, and yes I still believe they are only dreams and nothing more (I think my favorite parts of the movie are going to have to be the 2 clips, one of them being the 'reading the book' part, and the other is the party in XP5!).

This is an interesting thread.

It shows how fear creates confusion. And that words can be powerful.

Nesgirl - Astral Projection is not the same as a Near Death Experience.

To overcome phobias, it is recommended that people take small steps. So maybe rather than Astral Projection, you could just write Projection or AP.

However, I wonder if your fear is more about spirits and ghosts? It may feel easier to you to view those people you have met, who don't have sashes, as dream characters. But its not a good idea to try and trick yourself.

There are many traditions that use a form of Astral Projection to help spirits reach peace. So you can you use that state to help people if you wish.

Well, I heard at school it is.

No, my fear is mostly on death and afterlife.

And anyways, after having them for so long, I think they are only dreams, and you can take that one to the library (or maybe my Dream Journal!)!

Astral projection is not about death. But for some people it proves to them that they have a soul and they lose fear of death. Its about travelling without moving your physical body. That's all!

Something may have happened that this scares you so much. If you care not to share it with us that is OK. But you should quit holding yourself back and abolish this adversary you call S**_****!
It is not senseless.
And in the event you are experiencing something that we are unaware of...Maybe we can all learn something. Let us all deal with S**_****, not just you.
