Thread: OBEs During the Day?

Is it possible to project during the day. I hate it doing it at night. I just stay up late till the falling sensation goes away. I think i had one yesterday during a nap. I felt like someone was throwing me out. After a while I found my self under neath my bed. Starring at my laptop. I was a bit confused. I think this was just a dream so i dismissed it as one. After I woke up I went to check what was under neath my bed and it was exactly what I saw. I also felt really squished while I down there cause I was on the side of my bed that has only a little bit of space between the bed and the closet.

I done meditation before hand so I was feeling tired and took a nap. I'm gonna try and do it again today. So I'll keep you guys informed. I'm gonna try the roll out method. I think that one works best. I actually feel like im turning over when I imagine my minds eye turning left/right.
