I couldn't sleep tonight. Been kinda messing around with my sleep schedule and now I want to get back on track again.

I stayed up all night, and I'm going to stay up till bedtime.

If I do some physical activity's, walking/working out, and then go to bed at the time I should (9 PM). Then try to Astral Project, would it work? Or would I just go into sleep paralysis and have nothing really happen?

I don't do this regularly, I have been trying Astral Projecting around 3AM usually and I keep track of my dreams, I'm just wondering if I could maybe use the no sleep tonight to my advantage.
