im wondering what everyone thinks of this video on how to astral prohect.
it seemed to me that it would work but the only thing is he says to clench your eyes and to follow the dot with your eyes, witch would mean you are moveing your eyes. wouldnt this stop it from working? i thought you had to stay completely still.
and he also says to do movements with your arms to raise energy, but this is at the start so it wouldnt matter.
so what do you think of it?
