Hi there. Welcome! Wow that is a neat ability!

I agree with both replies ^^

It'd be interesting to know what would happen if you could become lucid, turn the dream around. I wonder if that will affect your daughter's dreams. Like you yourself change it for her. It could be very beneficial for both of you

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Do you want to say that you really believe you are receiving thoughts and dreams, or do you mean that your mind tricks you into it?

I do not want to insult you, neither do i want to diagnose you; but being able to read someones reminds me of a symptom of a schizophrenic state of mind. I've learned from clinical experience, that schizophrenic patients tend to cover themselves to symbolically barrier "thoughts" and "energies" from themselves: so they wear caps and many layers of jackets as well as big headphones, so they can listen to music instead of being confronted with discomforting situations. (Also compare the concept of tin-foil hats.)

Maybe wearing some kind of hat at night might help you by establishing a symbolic barrier, that your mind transfers to not dreaming "others dreams" anymore, but this is not much more than a guess.

      Regards, and sleep well,
