Thanks all for your input. Mastermind I tried to intend that I only wanted my dreams. It mostly worked. I'm pretty sure the last part of the night were her dreams again. I'll try a few more times. I think it might work.
As far as becoming lucid, I hate going lucid as I wake-up more exhausted.
Most nights, I work hard at staying mostly aware while dreaming. I do this to avoid nightmares. If I start to have nightmares I simply take control of the dream and change its direction. Doesn't always work. But helps.
As far as working with my daughter, I'm not sure she would want to focus on this right now. She is very busy with school and work and needs her sleep. And nope, we can't move her as we have 10 children. So no room.
The wearing of the hat sounds like it might be something to try. I just went and read about schizophrenia. Nope, I'm afraid I can't even hold a candle to some of the symptoms. So we can rule that out.
I do keep a dream journal and have found that my dreams are close to five years ahead of when they happen. Some happen sooner, but most are on the five year schedule.

My hope with this thread was to find a way to psychically be able to block others thoughts.
I know if I touch my thumbs to my index fingers and then have one circle inside the other circle (hard to explain) it blocks others thoughts as well as psychic vampires. Works really well when I have someone who is overbearing sucking my energy.
But I can't do this and sleep.
I heard someone once say that if you visualize a wall of water around you then that can act as a psychic barrier. I can't maintain this visualization and sleep at the same time.

So for now, I will try the intentions and maybe even the hat as a symbol. I'll report back. And if anyone else has better ideas then I would love to hear them.
