      Body of Light Technique

I only found this a few days ago on the net, which is kinda weird considering the amount of stuff I've read on OBEs,
and I thought I would share it with everyone in here. It's a technique for inducing OBEs which I havent heard of, but maybe
some of ye have. Here it is: http://www.geocities.com/richard_holmes/es...dy-of-light.htm. Since i'm pretty
hopeless with visualisation, im sure it will benefit many people in here alot more than it will me.

      LOL! yummy, i love BLT's!

Sorry, I've bookmared the site and will read up on it, but I'm not that well versed in OBE's. Thanks for the link though!

      lol!

My vote is for BOLT, though.

I have studied the body of light technique, but it's even more drawn out than the WILD method. I think you would do best to just wait for sleep paralysis to take you, then get up and walk around. It usualy works for me, for a minute or so, anyway. The trick, I think, is to simulainiously close your physical eyes while opening your dream (astral) eyes. Let me know if you have success with either!

hmmm, since they conclude that its not a true OBE, i believe this ends up to be a great practice to remote viewing, since that is what you are doing in essence.
