Its difficult to say how i do it, cuz i don't know how i do it, more or less.
When i first started reading some tutorials on psipog and they said that you just do it, then i thought, well, that doesn't tell me shit, but AFTER you've done psychokinesis, you know EXACTLY what they mean.
The first time it took me some 20 minutes to get it moving, but the last time i tried (some 3 weeks ago), i could move it in about 5 seconds and get it to moving at 6cm/s.
The first times i tried telekinesis, i combined it with Zhine (calm abiding - mind is totally blank, no thoughts). I kept my mind blank and gazed (not stared!) at the psi-wheel until it started moving. The best way i can explain how i do it is the same way i manipulate my dream-reality - i do not force anything to happen, i just KNOW that what i want to happen, WILL happen. And so it is with telekinesis, that I know that it moves and it moves. Note that knowing that something is going to happen doesn't mean that you're gonna think about it - there is still no thought, but only, one might say, the pressure of pre-thought. This concept is hard to understand if you haven't experienced it. There is no thought, but even though though there is no thought, you know what the thought consists of.

edit: oh, and if you're doing it for the first time - repeat several times to yourself that there is no spoon, even though you're trying to move paper or smth like that. That's what i did , I started off my sessions with what the bald boy said - you cannot bend the spoon, that is impossible. Instead, try and realize the truth - there is no spoon. And you will see that it is not the spoon that bends, but yourself. Try to realize that you are one with everything.
      Then i go into Zhine.

Seismosaur: OK sorry, it was late and I was tired, so I'll be clear now. One of his friends blowed air through the legs of the table, because the table had small holes in it. That's why you couldn't see the two front legs on the video, when he was spinning the wheel.

Fordy: Perfect video, exept... it's fake too. ASmattman did that too, with the same table. (the bowl on the table had a hole too).

So the last thing you want to do, is to say that:
LOOK AT THIS AWESOME VIDEO, IT IS THE UNDENIABLE PROOF OF PSI'S EXISTENCE!!!

Simply because videos can always be faked.

Unfortunately they can, yes. I found it hard to believe too, before I actually did it. Nothing beats your own 2 eyes, so my only suggestion would be to go to psychokinetic near you who would be willing to demonstrate.
I live in Estonia, so I doubt any of you are near me

Hopefully he will be willing to be proven wrong. Yes, all videos can be faked but that doesn't mean they have to be. Also, how did he get it to spin both ways? Where is this hole?

Personally I've seen enough evidence of psychokinesis that I don't only believe in it, I KNOW it exists. The only advice I can give is to be open minded, and if you really want proof, try practicing a little bit. At first you won't be able to do things that are completely unexplainiable, but eventually you will. I don't suggest truely dedicating yourself to things you don't truely know exist, from experience. Keep yourself open minded but also be a healthy skeptic.

If you really wish to learn more, I would suggest psipog. Also, check out their Links section as Psipog isn't actively running anymore (but you can still read and download their articles).

      (adding to the post above)

Go to Archive - E books - Psions hanbook

It has the basics but doesn't have certain things like precognition and pro body control and stuff.

Fordy, to anwser your question: There were two holes in the table, one from in one leg, other in the other leg, so you can blow into one of it for CW turning, and in the other for CCW turning.
But here is the link to the youtube video, look in the description, there is a link to the forum, where he, the creator says that this, and his older video (the one you pointed out), is fake, and he made it for a social test or what.

On the other hand, there is a "I think fairly new" website, called Psionline

Look at the description, mattman did both.

Oh, and I forgot to ask about, if you could tell me about the end of the world, I'm cuirous If I play a major role in it

I don't actually know what will happen with the end of the world. It's just that all the clues point to 2012.

      1) The Mayan calendar (which was invented before christ) ends on the 21 dec 2012 (the winter/summer solstice)
      2) Nostradamus said 2012
      3) In the past 50 years we have been developing more powerful weapons like the hydrogen bomb and satellite weapons.
      4) America wants to do stuff like set up missile defence systems around Poland for some reason.
      5) Russia responded to that by demonstrating a special missile that is multiple neuclear bombs strapped together that break away and go off in different directions.
      6) Many other countries also have nukes
      7) global warming
8 ) global warming causes strange things to happen. Droughts are now appearing right next to floods.
      9) The arctic and antarctic ice is melting. If it all melts, around 1-2 billion people will die.
      10) There is an island in Brittan where because of the droughts and floods, one side of the island has been weakened. If it breaks away and falls into the ocean, the east coast of the USA will be destroyed because it will cause a mega-tsunami.
      11) The bible said things like seas rising, droughts, floods and volcanos and earthquakes. If the island slides into the ocean, it will probably cause earthquakes and volcanos all around the world.
      12) due to global warming, there have been an increasing number of hurricanes and they have been stronger than ever before.

That is all I can think of off the top of my head

      Ok, let's see...

      1) Hmmm... well, every calendar has to end sometime, doesn't they, well at least mine ends at the end of the year? But I don't know much about Mayans, what does it means it ends on 2012? Nobody found calendars that had more days in it? Or all the calendars said at 2012, that this is the end?
      2) Ok, nothing to say about that
3,4,5,6) Well, yeah that is worrying, especially for those who live in Europe... wait a sec, I DO live in Europe, eep! Dang those idiot big countries, why do they want to use us as their testing grounds?!
      7,8 ) That's true
      9) Uhm... yes 1-2 billion dies if it melts today, but it'll probably melt over a looooong time period, like the next 100-150 years
      10) Ok, I don't know anything about this, but if half of this island falls into the sea, it causes a mega-tsunami in the USA? And what about Europe? Cause that's kinda closer to Great Britan
      11) These vulcanos and earthquakes are at the apocalypse in the Bible? But I still don't see how could half of an island cause a global disaster...

So, the ones that really point to 2012 are the Maya's, Nostradamus, (the Bible has any direct date on the apocalypse?). But right now I'm worrying more about those damned weapons. But even with those I don't see how could every single man/women die, not to mention that that is still not the end of the world, only the end of human civilization...

the maya predicted the white men would come the exact day they thought they would

they only predicted humans would end, not the whole world

astronomers expect this one giant asteroid to come near the earth around 2012, which may hit us

I dunno... I won't be surprised if humans die off in 2012, but I won't be surprised if we don't... who cares? make every moment count as if it were your last, because what's to say it's not.

Ok, Al Gore gave it a decade, so around 50 years, but my point was that in no way 1-2 billion people will die because of this (especially because there are 6.6 billion people now on Earth), but I see how could that amount of people become homeless in a decade, and that is not good news either...

And the island. I know it sounds silly, but if it IS such a threat, can't we do something? Like blow of small parts of the island, so it will get into the sea, not in one go, but over the years?

edit: Ups a decade is 10 years... so that could point to 2012 too, but I still don't see how could 1-2 billion die.

I've always felt panicky about standing up and stating that I believe in it.
However, after some recent developments I'm even more settled that it's for real. But it's certainly not a very practical thing or very easy thing to pull off.

Personally, I think there's something going on involving frequency differentials and harmonics. No, not neccessarily sound, but perhaps scalar electromagnetic waves or pulses.

You wouldn't need much amplitude - after all, we aren't seeing a lot. A balanced straw or piece of paper needs very little to move. Just a reasonably consistent small force. Like a child on a swing.
I liken the effect similar to what they're doing now with levitating insects with ultrasound, but on a much more limited scale.

If you've ever played with genetic (evolutionary) algorithms, you'll find that the population of critters you're 'evolving' are very quick to take advantage of unusual anomalies in physics.
You see this all the time really - insects with amazing abilities.

I just consider humans to be the first ones to have the capacity to manipulate such finely balanced forces - with difficulty.

It has been proven that temperatures rise BEFORE a rise in CO2, and that many of Al Gore's charts and predictions are exaggerated beyond any worst case scenario that the UN came to believe possible.

He is also a hypocrite, because he preaches the importance of public transportation, so long as he can still use his own private jets and fleet of cars

Al Gore is not an expert on global conservation, he's an expert at appealing to pathos in his arguments and getting people riled up. He has a political agenda, and you shouldn't buy into everything you hear.

By the way, Al Gore was against Kyoto when he was in office, but now preaches it like it's the only solution. Hmm, supporting Kyoto DOES make him seem like a caring guy doesn't it? almost a guy you would love to see back in office...hmmmmm

Sorry, I know this is off topic, but when someone cites Al Gore as an expert I can't help but throw in my 2 cents
