Thread: OBE skill increasing, I think...

Hey. I have been reading about OBE's/Lucid's for a while now. I started off trying to OBE right off the bat, but that didn't work, so I started focusing on my dreams, and making them Lucid. I have made a few dreams lucid, flying up, after I relize it's a dream, then waking because of some noise. Anyways, the last few days, I've been getting these weird fellings, while I fall asleep, I think their vibrations, not sure though. It's like when you close your eyes really tight, and you hear that sound in your head or w/e. But I can increase these "vibrations". The first time I noticed I could do this, I told myself I was gonna obe, and pictured myself coming out of my body, but I don't know if I left my body or not. After this I increased the vibrations , I faded into a deeper state of sleep"I think" then I saw stars, and I was flying threw them at an incredible speed, then I kept increasing the speed, and then, it just felt like I was falling, like I lost control of this speed. Anyways, I don't know what that was all about but....
And one more thing, last night, I started feeling these vibrations, and I slowly started to move my right leg up, it was as if the foot went first..I didn't see it come out, but I heard two poping or cracking sounds...then I woke up, cause I thought to myself "i'm about to OBE"...
Before these events, I would be trying sooo hard to OBE, that I would be laying there, before I felt the vibrations, and then I would try to move out of my body, and i would -actually- move my body, lol...
These recent events, are the first times I have actually felt/remembered/was able to control these vibrations..
Just thought I would share this, what do you guys think?
