Working out inside dreams?

If something as impossible (and performed by con artists) regularly as HFO becomes actually possible in a hypnagogic state, it means that other things/commands should easily be possible, which aren't possible when only the conscious mind is active. What if the command to change your body to grow muscle was possible, and you could stay in a lucid dream and do it for an hour straight?

There is no real proof that that can happen, physically. Or there is not enough research that that can happen. That would be cool though if we can just do it by thinking.
