In this video, I describe my insights into the nature of mind having meditated and used my lucid dreaming practice as tools for mental exploration. I also mention near-death experiences as potential glimpses of an afterlife under idealist metaphysics and recount my striking out-of-body experience after collapsing from drug and alcohol intoxication about twenty years ago at university. I discuss the implications and psychological impact of both materialist and idealist metaphysics and recall an instance of apparent demonic possession and exorcism in my childhood back in Portugal.
