That was candidly put. Yes, there is no good substitute for hard work. I enjoy fish anyway, so it didn't hurt. As long as you get your vitamins and "neurotransmitters" through natural food, that is the way to go. I do take vitamins though to help with healing, as I plan to get a tattoo in a month.
