Ok... Well i had a dream some days ago that my friend, who i also kind of have a crush on, fell out of a tree. It was at school and we was up in this tree and she falls out, i immediately rushed down to search for her through all the leaves. I found her and picked her head up, and she was laying there eyes in the back of her head and i thought she was dead. I began calling her name over and over and she finally came to with tears in her eyes. Her mom was also out there with us, and she was standing watching as i held her and was crying asking if she was ok.

Alright, I told her mom about this dream like the day it happened (we are very good friends). I told her mom to keep an eye on her, because it would be awful for that to happen. A week or two later, her mom says guess "what happen..." I said "what?" she said her daughter had fallen out of a tree at her brothers birthday party, and that she went and went over and picked her head up off the ground and that her eyes was rolling and that she was coughing and almost crying. She said that it just knocked her breath out, luckily.

      Coincidence or Precognitive?

P.S. I also had a dream of this same girl drowning along with her friend, and me and her mom was trying to save her. Although this hasn't happened, but I'm afraid it might.

      Precognition? Maybe

I recommend not to document or discuss such a dream with anyone unless the dream is about something good. The less you talk about it, the less likely it's manifestation. And the lesser you will get these types of (dognabit) dreams.

I've read a few books on the occult and there is a common theme about revealing bad news fetched in a precognition fashion. Don't! As there is a chance you might be projecting the thought and make it real. A scary idea. It is recommended you banish the thought (shoo shoo) as soon as it is revealed. Fortunately, the universe has a way to scale down (convolute) things in such a way that the actual event becomes far less important/impacting than the way it was originally "revealed". Loss limb becomes a stepped on toe and so on.

So, don't worry and let it be.

[Edit]Oh, never support a "bad revelation" with any type of emotional reaction, not a good thing[Edit]

Thats possable. But maybe these things will happen anyway and he could have a chance to stop them.

Then the only thing I can recommend is being there where it happens. I still stand by my original suggestion, don't talk about it. Unless the event has passed. Then, I guess it’s OK to discuss it.

It's called "self fofilling prophesy". Basically it goes like this...

Lets say I have a dream about my brother breaking his neck doing a backflip, ok? Well, I tell my brother about it, and he laughs or something, but in the back of his mind its still there. Well, maybe a few weeks pass and he might be at a party with friends. All of a sudden he might think to himself "Hey, I remember that dream he told me about, I bet I can do a backflip!" Most likely to impress someone, anyways, he tries it, breaks his neck blah blah blah.

The short of it is, by telling someone, you could in-advertantly cause it to happen =D
God, grant me the courage the change the things I can, the serenity to accept the things I can't, and the wisdom to know the difference...

Is dreaming of someone that you are unlikely to see, then seeing them the next day count as a precognitive dream?

Yes, unless you set up the meeting IRL using a shared dream. Then, that's just communication using a glorified telephone .

The scary thing is it could be that.... I had a conversation with them (in the dream) and can't remember a word of it!

If you'd remember what was said then you would know. I had few occasions where I set up a meeting IRL in such a manner and remembered when waking up. It was not consciously intentional during the dream. It just went like “See you at the bar tomorrow?” and “Yes, I’ll be there” with someone I hadn’t seen in months. When I woke up, I knew I’d see them there. And there they were. Coinsidence, maybe, but still.
