I've had my share of difficulties falling asleep at night. Sleep is a state where we heal and stock up on energy for the next day. The good news is there are more efficient substitutes for sleep, I'm not sure whether it will compromise your experiment or not. People do it regularly, there was even one Vietnamese person who has been so traumatized since the 1970s (from the war) that hasn't slept for 30 years. |
