I made this video last night, in my closet with the doors closed and my mouth and nose covered up with my shirt.

I dont know what this has to do with lucid experiences though...

You're going to have to think bigger. If you're going to try to convince people, try doing something like shooting video that begins with you setting up the environment, with no cut-away shots, and go into the demonstration from there.

I agree on both counts. I buy it, as I am a telekinesis believer, but if you want others to believe it show the setup too, and also I would highly reccomend covering the pinwheel with a glass, as I at once point tried learning telekinesis, but couldn't decide just how to proceed with all the instructions and micro/macro stuff, and I found that at leat with a tinfoil pinwheel just moving your wet finger next to the wheel would sometimes make it spin (another reason I gave up, I couldn't figure out if it was my mind or the magnetism/humidity/wind of my fingers, or my breath were doing it, so an unprotected pinwheel isn't very trustworthy. I will say though, that magnetism has nothing to do with it in your case, as you aren't using a tin-foil pinwheel.

i agree with oneironaut..if'd you filmed the setup with detailed, complete shots of the "stand", paper, your hands, the room (without zooming away)-or better yet, arrange the camera so it shows the room as well as the experiment at all times-and all that, it would be more credible.

not bashing you...i've had enough strange experiences to be very open to the 'paranormal", but you obviously must expect extreme skepticism for what is (for the present at least) a very extreme claim.

for instance, the most obvious explanation is that someone is sporadically shooting a jet of air through one of the holes in the drywall (or are they screws?), two of which are directly in line with the paper. this would explain why there is background noise...to cover a whooshing noise up. if they are screws, this only semonstrates how poor quality the video is....

i quite firmly believe i have successfully performed microscopic PK (rolling die a set number of times-e.g. 20, or 100) and attempting to roll all of the same number each time) on a few occasions. the common feeling/confidence associated with each "success" from the beginning stages was/is compelling. as was the need for complete concentration and silence.

other seemingly innocuous, yet personally compelling successes have been observed by skeptical friends....these were also accompanied by the same feeling of certainty before and during by myself.

i would never be so naive as to post a video of any of these experiences and expect skeptics to believe...and in truth, i would not WANT non-skeptics to believe in the experience's legitimacy based on a mere video. it would show they are too quick to trust outrageous claims.

seeing something in the flesh would be more legitimate, but even this can be rigged (as many convincing frauds have shown).

in the end only personal experience can be trusted, once all potentially normal (not "paranormal") explanations have been meticulously accounted for (for instance, in the case of my die rolling, making sure the dice are not flawed and deviate towards a particular number by doing a trial run without intent to make sure there are no obvious imbalances, as well as changing the target number after each complete set of an agreed upon number between 20 and 100).

only you can know whether you are truly sincere, and have logical reason to resort to "psychic" explanations.

if you count this as a success, i encourage you to continue in your efforts, and become even more stringent in your controls.

i'll say this much...even if the video is fraudulent, it has inspired me to continue my own efforts..which means i must stop poisoning my mind and body long enough to regain that fleeting feeling of pure awareness/energy

i personally find it extremely arrogant for some to dismiss paranormal phenomenon wholesale, especially without ever seriously attempting experiments themselves.

however, any curious seekers must expect their accounts of possible successes to be quickly dismissed based on a plentitude of con-artists, and soft-headed ignoramuses who con themselves into failing to see rational, obvious explanations for various events.

if you are sincere, i sincerely wish you continued motivation.

yah i filmed it in my closet with the doors closed and my shirt over mymouth and nose..yes and all those little "holes" that u see in the flim..it is screws that hold up the shelves of my closet so it dont fall over on me , but yes i can see where you guys are coming from..Filming the set up is a good idea, i shall do that, and get back to you with another video!

why don't you put it underneath a glass or something like that the next time you do it? That'll eliminate at least the air variable. You should film the construction of the doohickey as well, so any questions about materials can be taken care of. There are way too many variables, and really nobody should believe anything like this unless done under scientifically controlled conditions and seen in person.

thus the need for scientific conditions. I don't see what's stopping people from signing up left and right for scientific experiments on telekinesis since it seems relatively widespread, are science experiments bad juju or something?

Hey guys id like to thank you for replying and your suggestions on putting it underneith a glass bowl to prevent the air movement, sadly..i have only begun Telekinesis and have not yet gotten that far into my ability..But if you could sometime check out psipog.net there are many people, and video's that are 110% LEGIT of people performing Telekinesis under a glass bowl..

Also some people at psipog.net were willing to sign up for a scientific experiment to prove that TK (Telekinesis) exsist, but it turns out that the guy who called himself (James Randi) who is an actualy guy who does those experiements...but the person was a hoax...so...Please have an open mind about it, I wasn't a big believer in TK until i actually researched it and got into it, and I can tell you that once you find out that Reality isn't what it seems...its pretty mind blowing....sorta like when you first found out that it was possible to be "Awake" inside a Dream...But this time your not dreaming...

I've been able a few times to make the object you seen in my video, twitch under a blank cd cover...what i mean is, if you have ever bought a package of blank cd's in the circle top thing that comes with it, i placed it underneith that..and was able to make it twitch..

Anywho please check out psipog.net and research and read their articles and go read some stuff on the forums... It may seem "Fake" in the beginning but trust me...from someone who use to not believe in it...It's amazingly true, and amazingly possible...Just like Lucid Dreaming...Anyone can develope the ability to do Telekinesis...You just gotta start small...and the main thing is..is you gotta believe its possible, and believe that you can do it....Pretty much just like Lucid Dreaming...

OMG!!!!! it's not the baby's hair, it's how he/she starts to flail around when the pillow passes over the baby! The baby does not have eyes on top of his/her head but he/she knows when the pillow is there! Absolutely astounishing! That's ESP right there!

But seriously, the static electricity may easily account for the movement of the paper

About TK - I know how easy and natural it feels to do TK in dreams, but until I will be able to do that myself I wont believe it's possible to do TK in RL. And I'm trying...

Ok, I'll bite:

"How?"

Think about the way the paper is moving, at each moment, in relation to the hand position. I could be wrong, but I've never seen static behave that way. As far as any sort of debate, spirit lost this one because he bowed out by saying he wouldn't follow up the video so, unfortunately, the video alone proves nothing. I still don't think static would make the paper react like that, though.

I've just did this trick.

Put a piece of paper on a needle or a pen.
Brush your hands through your hair several times. Something synthetic would work better. Now move your hands next to the paper. It will start spinning.
Do it yourself.

Disclaimer: if you cant do that, I got the real TK powah!

Yep. I've seen the magic trick where the magician does this 3-4 feet away to a something on a point in a glass box. The crucial elements of the trick is the heavy wool jacket you must wear (Crucial because of the 3 feet distance) and the ultra lite material on the pin. Otherwise it won’t work. The thing starts rotating when you get closer to the object and stops as you step back.

Orienaunt.. I havent lost anything yet.. I know what I can do, and I told them I would try to put it under a glass bowl or something, and tonight I did, and i got it to move just a little bit.. The thing is, I have just begun Telekinesis..I haven't made a new video yet, ive been awfully busy with getting ready for College, which begins in less then 2 days!


As soon as I find some time to do it ( the setup) I shall do it..
