Hehe, interesting. I wonder if any wonder cures have been created from dreams telling people what to do? Anyone know? |

I had a dream that was not lucid but very interesting. |

That's interesting. The true challenge would be to teach Alzheimer's patients to lucid dream. |

Though I don't know about cures, I remember seeing somewhere about this guy in the late 1800s (or something like that), who created some kind of novel treatment for broken bones or something like that by putting himself in a deep trance, or during his sleep or something. I don't remember the details, as I saw this a while ago, but I assume some people have created cures in their sleep, though I would bet that they were already working on them during the day, and something just clicked in the sleep that actually worked. |

Yeah, I was reading one of my dads medical magazines which he gets because he is a doctor. It had an explanation of some conference that was on and this man asked every scientist and doctor there if they ever came up with ideas for treatments from dreams. Basically all of them just said "yeh" and shrugged it off like it was something normal. So anyway it is my opinion that if you are working on something alot your subconscious mind is taking it all in. And when you dream, connections between things are made that couldn't be made by your conscious mind. for example the person who made the helicopter may have been trying to figure out something to make it fly. During this day he may have used a fan or something. And while he was dreaming, his subconscious made the connection between the two. This is purely an example of how your brain can do things like this. |
