I'm usually an openminded person, I believed there was more to the world then what science could explain. Where as my mum always believed in ghosts and mediums ect. She has even been to spiritualist churches and seen medium shows at the school or town hall.

I only just found out that some one that my mum works with is a medium or has the "gift" and she did a reading thing for my mum about a week and a half ago. I didn't even know she had seen her.

Anyway the medium/ workmate said to my mum that her dad has visited her, (he died about 6 years ago) and he was wearing some gold and blue thing around his neck, but it wasn't a tie. This is like some medallion he had years ago.

Also she said my little brother would smash a plate in the sink by dropping a knife on it, and he recently did that, although he denied it but it was obviously him.

Another thing my grandad said was we need a new iron, apparently every time my mum does the ironing we get a power cut. This is just a guess, it isn't proved that we need a new one, but we get a powercut every time its used.

Then she said that my grandad wouldn't talk about my uncle, he has turned his back in him, this is understandable because my uncle is a selfish bastard and has caused lots of trouble for the family, but one thing he did mention was the fact that he wouldn't turn up at a family wedding in the future, instead he will turn up at the reception afterwards.

Also my mum went to a party with her workmates and the medium was there too, this was the other day. She said to my mum that, my mum could feel her dad, which my mum replied that she could.

Now the medium/workmate is new to the job so she has known my mum for about 2 months and there is alot of stuff that she could not know. Everything seems to fit in and its kind of freaky. This has changed alot of my belief system.
